Fisel

  • Geographical origin : “Fisel” is a dance similar as a “gavotte” from the Cornouille’s region.
  • Historical origin : “Fisel” is like a “gavotte” but with a subdivision in beat 4 and 5.
  • Set : Human chain. Arms are bending along the body : the left arm is over and the right arm is under the neighbours’ arms.
  • Steps : “Fisel” dance is composed of 3 parts : “Ton simple fisel”, “bal fisel” and “ton double fisel”

“Ton simple fisel” and “ton double fisel” steps are exactly the same. “Bal fisel” is a walk part.
