Pas de Polka

1st part : 16 beats
Everybody go ahead over 4 beats and go back over 4 beats. You have to do it twice. Arms are swinging in same times.

 

2nd part : 16 beats
Women go ahead over 4 beats and go back over 4 beats too. Men stay upright.
Then, women stay upright and men go ahead over 4 beats and go back to form pairs with the woman in the left hand, over 4 beats.

 

3rd part : 16 beats
Pairs waltz over 16 beats

 

4th part : 16 beats
Pairs move on the round in anti-clockwise. Woman put the hand on the man right shoulder, and he put his hand on woman waist.
